We have made our Deal Finding Process simple and easy. Please see the 7 Simple steps below on how we process our Deal Finding service.
Just In 7 Simple Steps
1. Information Gathering:
We collect your key details, including your budget, proof of funds, proof of identity, and mortgage in principal (if available). We will also introduce you to our Mortgage Advisor to help you obtain an initial "Agreement in Principle."
2. Free Consultation:
We’ll arrange a 30-minute consultation to assess your needs and personal circumstances.
3. Property Sourcing Agreement:
If you decide to proceed with our service, we will provide a "Property Sourcing Agreement" for you to sign.
4. Property Search:
After the agreement is signed, we begin searching for investment properties that meet your criteria and preferences.
5. Purchase and Support:
Once we secure a suitable property and the offer is accepted, our Mortgage Advisor will guide you in selecting the best mortgage product available. They will also introduce you to a solicitor. Once you are satisfied with the mortgage product, our Mortgage Advisor will handle the application on your behalf.
6. Relax & Sit Back:
Sit back and relax as we guide you through the entire buying process, from initial search to the completion of the purchase. We will also manage any necessary renovations and project management for the property.
7. Property Management:

Fees:
-
50% of the fee is due when the property is secured with the seller/agent or upon the "Acceptance of Mortgage Offer."

The remaining 50% is due on "Completion of the Purchase."
Refund:
If the seller pulls out of the sale for any reason, we will refund 100% of the fee. However, if you decide to withdraw from the deal after it’s been agreed, a 25% charge of the total fee will apply to cover our expenses.
